humanity

8:15 pm, Banashankari, Bangalore.

Arun is standing in a densely crowded bus. He is very exhausted by working 10 hours in front of the computer and waiting for the bus from half an hour. now he is standing in the bus, in which there is no way you can move your body. beside him an old man in is 60's is standing wearing the same frustration and tiredness as Arun's face.

Arun desperately  need a seat to sit. after 10 min, a man is leaving the seat where Arun is standing. Arun immediately occupied the seat and exhaled in relief. As he saw the old man standing beside his seat, he started to feel guilty. so he left the seat for the old man and he continued standing.

After some time the old man got up from the seat  to get down at his stop and told Arun to sit. At the same stop an another old man gets into the bus and he is making his way by pushing the people. as Arun saw this old man, he started to chant,  please don't come here. please... but the old man stopped and stood beside Arun's seat. now Arun's mind is in dilemma.

still half an hour of journey left. what should I do.
should I leave the seat for the old man? or sit.
what these people will think if I don't leave the seat for the old man?
I already helped an old man. now i am very tired and i cant stand anymore. what should i do?

what should Arun do?

the demanding situation and the desperation's killing the humanity in us.
how can we manage?
